Most mugs are made after your order is placed. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before shipping.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after production.

Are the mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes, most mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Do you accept returns?
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we’ll help make it right.

What should I do if my mug arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging.

Can I send this as a gift?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico only.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not ship to Europe , South America , Central America (except Mexico ), Asia, Africa, or Australia.
