Returns

Because every item is custom made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selected
• Change of mind
• Accidental orders

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging

We’ll gladly send a replacement or provide a solution.
